ACL Team Leader
We offer leadership training and coaching to individuals working at every level throughout the organisation, and across industry sectors. Programmes are tailored to suit individual experience, needs and timeframes.
ACL Senior Leader
The ACL Senior Leader course covers the foundations of Action Centred Leadership, but looks at the additional complexity of managing multiple teams and team leaders. This allows participants use the ACL framework to make sense of their role.
ACL Strategic Leader
Our senior consultants work with top-tier teams and strategic leaders to bring about lasting change and to better equip leaders at the top of their game. At this level, we can provide short courses or offer a series of ACL coaching sessions to suit your needs.
Fit for the Future
Adair Leadership Award: ACL for young people aged 16-24
Adair Leadership Award
For young people aged 16-24 years old, we offer ACL Workshops in their educational setting. Participants attend the Workshop and Enrichment Sessions to qualify for the Adair Leadership Award.
Part 1:
ACL Workshop
Schools, universities and colleges have the option to run a 1-day or 2-day ACL Workshop, depending on their timetables and needs. We train staff to become ACL Teachers, and offer all the resources needed.
Part 2:
ACL Sessions
Our educational partners will be able to offer up to 10 ACL Enrichment Sessions, each one approx. 1hr. These sessions cover additional skills. Students receive an ACL Workbook and Certificate.

Leadership Coaching
Coaching can be the catalyst needed for a significant shift in performance. Whether it is alongside an ACL training programme, or on its own, coaching helps managers work out how to solve their dilemmas, to build confidence and how to go about putting their ideas into practice. Leadership coaching sessions are confidential and tailored to the individual, with rewarding results.
